By asking me for a commission you accept these terms and conditions.
Not knowing them does not exempt you from their application.
General
I reserve the right to decline any commission proposal.If you want to cancel the order, it will have to be within 7 days of showing the sketch; otherwise, I will keep the payment.If I cancel the commission for any circumstance, you will receive a refund.I reserve the right to change the prices without notifying you. The commissions requested prior to the changes will be charged the previous or already agreed prices.I am not responsible for any errors in the commission of information not mentioned or wrong.I only accept visual character references. Otherwise, it'll be considered custom and charged with an extra 30% fee.I have no specific deadlines; it might take up to 1–4 months, but it depends on my schedules. We can discuss deadlines of less than 3 weeks, but it would cost an extra 50% of the total for the rushing fee.
Use of Art
I reserve the right to personally use and distribute the piece on my social media as a creator, although, of course, if you ask me not to because it contains spoilers for a project or is too personal, I OK with it!You are free to make personal use of the art, giving proper credit.You may not use the art by selling it as any product. Since my art does not come with the rights to sell (unless we discussed it beforehand).Do not use my art in AI, NFT or Cryptos.DO

Commission Process
Discussing the details. The details will be discussed before any payment (type of commission, poses, expressions, references, etc.), and I'll give you a quote.
Rough Sketch. I will make up to three major changes for composition and as many changes as needed for small details, but once you approve one, each change will increase the cost.
Payment. Payment is made via P@yPal (USD). After sketch approval, you must make the payment to continue with the commission, and you'll be added to the Trello queue.
Lining-Rendering. You can request wips at any time (but it usually takes a while to answer) or look at the Trello queue to check the current stage of the piece.
Finishing. I'll send you the last wip and ask for approval before sending you the files. I accept minor changes here.
